The Housing For All Corporation and the Champ Homes Residential Programs maintains a strict privacy policy for its residents and clients. We may amend this policy at any time if it improves our capacity to safe guard your privacy. We ask for your personal information only for the purpose of determining your eligibility for our services and if our residential services and support are appropriate for your participation and care. We may be asked to disclose or share your information with others to comply with legal or other obligations usually tied to funding sources seeking criteria to continue funding our supportive services. We encourage you to work with us to protect your privacy while allowing us to collect and disclose your information as described in this notice. You are also encouraged to inspect your personal information maintained by us for accuracy and assist us to correct any information that you believe is inaccurate or incomplete. You may ask us at any time about our privacy policy or practices and a full copy of our policy is available to you at any time. A full policy is presented to you upon application to our programs. All information you provide to us is kept in a secured office and considered confidential. We will destroy information we consider sensitive upon your departure from our programs if we have no legal responsibility to maintain such information. We are open to any recommendations or suggestions you may have concerning your privacy issues. It is your right to ask questions or make a complaint to our administration if you feel your privacy is compromised in any way.

Our donors should also be confident that we will never sell, trade, loan or exchange our mailing list with any organization. We will never solicit your support through the telephone or call you unless you instruct us to call you. You have the right to question, make suggestions or complaints in any form comfortable to you concerning our Privacy Policy by contacting our administration. Thank you.
